Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance's jumped ~6% after the company NII for Q1FY19 improved by 22.1 yoy to Rs1,690cr against Rs1,384cr in the corresponding quarter previous year.
The housing finance company’s net profit was 5% above estimates, which has improved by 30.3% yoy to Rs1,055cr against Rs810cr. Its GNPA for Q1FY19 stood at 0.77%, which is flat qoq.
Loan assets improved by 33.4% yoy to Rs1.26 lakh cr.
Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd is currently trading at Rs1,377.95 up by Rs76.8 or 5.9% from its previous closing of Rs1,301.15 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs1,340 and has touched a high and low of Rs1,384.75 and Rs1,335 respectively.
