Market Bias is positive with 1432 advances and 8432 declines on BSE. The S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 27284.35 up 46.29 points, while NSE Nifty is trading at 8408.4 up 8.05 points. A total of 39 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 9 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE.
The BSE Mid-cap Index is trading up 0.41% at 12690.93, whereas BSE Small-cap Index is trading up 0.51% at 12755.2. Only FMCG and IT sectors are trading in red, all other sectors are trading in green on NSE. Adani Port, Idea, Tata Steel, Zeel, Tata Motors are among the gainers, whereas HCL Tech, Infosys, Eicher Motors, Tech Mahindra are losing sheen on NSE.
The INDIA VIX is trading at 15.0725 up 4.80%. DCB Bank has witnessed the 14.78% or 225 addition of contracts in its Open Interest. The stock is trading at Rs 123.55 per share, down by Rs 0.35 per share or 0.28%. DLF from Realty sector is trading at Rs 129.90 per share, up by Rs 5.80 per share or 4.67%. Adani ports is among the top gainers, trading at Rs 300.25 per share, up by 2.11%.
