Nifty Realty index was trading up by 2.06%. Sensex was trading up by 49 points at 33,886 level and Nifty was trading up by 13 points at 10,476 level.
Unitech Ltd is currently trading at Rs7.14, up by Rs0.4 or 5.93% from its previous closing of Rs6.74 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs6.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs7.22 and Rs6.68 respectively.
Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd is currently trading at Rs216.3, up by Rs10.4 or 5.05% from its previous closing of Rs205.9 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs207 and has touched a high and low of Rs217.4 and Rs207 respectively.
Housing Development & Infrastructure Ltd is currently trading at Rs55.85, up by Rs2.8 or 5.28% from its previous closing of Rs53.05 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs53.1 and has touched a high and low of Rs56.5 and Rs52.95 respectively.
On the other hand, Godrej Properties was the only stock which was trading in the negative territory. The stock was trading lower by 0.40% at Rs706.75 per share.
