LNG Limited touched its fresh 52-week high of Rs 441.3 per share in the
afternoon hours on Wednesday. The stock is the biggest contributor to
the BSE Energy index gains. The DVR stock of Gujarat NRE Coke Limited is
trading higher by nearly 4% at Rs 2.1 per share. Cairn India Limited is
trading higher by 2.4% at Rs 311.2 per share.
There
are 586 advances, 1051 declines and 312 unchanged stocks on NSE
reflecting strong negative undertone floating in the market. The S&P
BSE Sensex is trading at 29723 down 64 points, while NSE Nifty is
trading at 9217 down 20 points. A total of 123 stocks registered a fresh
52-week high in trade today, while 17 stocks touched a new 52-week low
on the NSE.The BSE Mid-cap Index is trading down 0.1% at 14370, while
BSE Small-cap Index is trading down 0.14% at 14904.
