Nifty Realty on Monday is outperforming the major benchmark indices, gaining as much as 3.7% in early morning hours as compared to 0.4% gains in the Nifty50 index. The Realty index since its highest level since July 11, 2014, on Monday hit an intraday high of 262 level.

After an outstanding rally by India bulls Real Estate, Housing Development & Infrastructure and Godrej Properties the index hit a 33-month high on the NSE. Stocks such as, India bulls Real Estate is up by 14%, Godrej Properties is up by 4%, DLF is up by 3% and Prestige Estate is up by 2%.
