Nifty and Sensex end trade on a positive note for the second day, riding on the gains of Bank, FMCG, and Metal Indices. HUL gains by 3% to push the FMCG sector ahead, while SBI Bank appreciates by over 6.5%, leading the gains of the banking sector.
the S&P BSE Sensex closed at 33,314, up by 63 points, while NSE Nifty ended trade at 10,321 up by 12 points.
The BSE Mid-cap Index is trading down by 0.09% at 16,562 whereas BSE Small-cap Index is trading higher by 0.07% at 17,643.

The India Vix is up by 1.56% at 13.47.
Out of 1,976 stocks traded on the NSE, 721 advanced, 937 declined, and 318 remained unchanged today.
A total of 64 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 19 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE.
