Nifty and Sensex are weakened by the fall of Metal, Pharma, and Reality index. Aurobindo Pharma loses over 3%, dragging the Pharma Index down. FMCG sector trading lower with Dabur, Godrej Industries, and Britannia losing over 1.5%, 2% and 3% respectively.
the S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 33,163, down by 150 points, while NSE Nifty is trading at 10,263 down by 58 points.
The BSE Mid-cap Index is trading down by 0.17% at 16,534 whereas BSE Small-cap Index is trading lower by 0.06% at 17,633.

The India Vix is up by 4.39% at 14.06.
Out of 1,985 stocks traded on the NSE, 701 advanced, 935 declined, and 349 remained unchanged today.
A total of 55 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 24 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE.
JP Group stocks in action amid reports that 18 companies including JSW Group, Vedanta, Lodha Group have expressed interest in buying out arm Jaypee Infratech. JP Associates (+15%), Jaypee Infra (+10%).
BSE Capital Goods Index falls 2%. Suzlon (-5.5%), L&T, BEML (-3%).
L&T stock falls as order inflow may miss FY18 guidance. Stock falls 3.5%.
Idea Cellular stock slips 3% on poor Q2 numbers; sells tower biz to ATC Telecom.
