Nifty and Sensex continue to slip after weakness is seen across several sectors, with Telecom, Capital Goods, and Oil & Gas sectors losing around 1% each. Infratel dips by 4%, dragging the Telecom Index, while Lupin and Cipla gain by 1.5% to keep the Pharma Index in green.
the S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 32,936 down by 97 points, while NSE Nifty is trading at 10,188 down by 36 points.
The BSE Mid-cap Index is trading down by 0.31% at 16,479 whereas BSE Small-cap Index is trading lower by 0.15% at 17,543.

The India Vix is up by 2.20% at 14.35.
Out of 1,979 stocks traded on the NSE, 681 advanced, 954 declined, and 344 remained unchanged today.
A total of 46 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 22 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE.
Bharti Infratel plummets 4% after block deal. The stock dropped to its lowest since Oct 9 and is witnessing its daily high volume.
RCom is set to default on 2020 dollar bond, as per media reports. Stock slips 4%.
Corporation Bank cuts overnight & 1-month lending rate by 10 bps. Stock up 2%.
