Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) extended its early gains and is trading at Rs 1302 per share, up by 3.5%. The stock is the biggest contributor to the BSE Energy index gains.RIL touched its fresh 52-week high of Rs 1304 per share, up by 3.6% on Monday

Bhartiya International Limited from the BSE Small cap stocks is the top gainer in the BSE Small-cap index and is trading at Rs 523 per share, up by 11%.There are 1055 advances, 507 declines and 370 unchanged stocks on NSE.

The S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 29053 up 220 points, while NSE Nifty is trading at 8962 up 64 points. A total of 35 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 19 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE. The BSE Mid-cap Index is trading up 0.5% at 13480, whereas BSE Small-cap Index is trading up 0.6% at 13703.
