Realty stock are buzzing on bourses with major stock in the index trading in green. HDIL alone is contributing nearly 40% to the BSE Realty index gains.
HDIL is up by 2.4%, Oberoi Realty is up by 1.3% and Prestige is up by 0.5%.

Meanwhile, Sobha is down by 1.1%, Unitech is down 0.5% and Omaxe is down by 0.1%.The S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 28895 down 6 points, while NSE Nifty is trading at 8912 down 11 points. A total of 21 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 16 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE.
