Vadilal is buzzing on bourses and the stock is up by over 13%. The stock hit a fresh 52-week high on Monday’s trade.Whereas, Realty stocks are losing ground on the BSE. Unitech is down by 1.4%, Indiabulls Real Estate is down by 1.4%, Prestige is down by 0.7% and Sobha is down by 0.6%.

Meanwhile, HDIL is up by0.5%, Oberoi Realty is up by 0.4% and Phoenix is up by 0.3%.The S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 28967 down 81 points, while NSE Nifty is trading at 8936 down 27 points. A total of 42 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 13 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE.
