Bearish sentiments have strongly grappled the market. Nifty lost over 78 points to trade further lower, Sensex also tanked over 230 points.BSE Mid-cap index is also trading in red losing over 440 points, and BSE Small-cap index shed over 520 points.
Nifty Realty index became the top index loser among the sectoral indices on NSE. The index slipped 5.85% at 255.20 level.Indiabulls Real Estates is the top index loser. Indiabulls Real Estate lost 12.53% at Rs 218.15 per share.Other stocks viz. Phoenix mills is down 1.105 at Rs 507.60 per share, Delta Corp is down 2.16% at Rs 165.20 per share, Oberoi Realty is down 2.4% at Rs 363.70 per share. The S&P BSE Sensex is down 1.03% trading at 31,469, while Nifty is down 1.23% trading at 9,786. A total of 13 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 131 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE.
