Nifty and Sensex are off their day’s low. Nifty Bank index lost over 154 points to trade at 24,220 level. Axis Bank is the top index gainer.Immediate support for Nifty50 index continues to remain at 9780 levels. Meanwhile BSE Auto index is one of the top losing index. The index slipped 1.83% at 23,876 levels.Tata Motors is majorly contributing to the index losses and dragging it to lower levels. The stock witnessed a dip of 6.35% at Rs 390.30 per share. The stock also traded on a new 52-week low of 386.25 per share.
On the contrary, Bharat Forge gained 1.04% at Rs 1180.00 per share, Hero MotoCorp gained 0.51% at Rs 3903.95 per share. The S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 31,709 down 88 points, while Nifty is trading at 9873 down 34 points. A total of 8 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 88 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE.
