Benchmark indices are slipping in trade shedding morning gains. Broader market indices are marginally trading in positive territory. Nifty bank index is trading at its day’s low slipping 0.49% at 24,317 level. BSE Telecom index is one of the major gainers among sectoral indexes. The index is up 1.39% at 1408 level.
Bharti Airtel is majorly contributing to index gains and is trading up 2.10% at Rs 415.20 per share. Aksh Optifibre is also up 6.93% at Rs 27.00 per share.On the contrary, OnMobile Global is down 1.73% at Rs 59.65 per share.
The S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 31,784 up 13 points, while Nifty is trading at 9907 up 9 points. A total of 37 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 23 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE.
