Markets are trading comfortably in positive territory indicating a bullish undertone flowing in the market. Nifty is trading above the crucial level of 9800.Nifty Bank gained over 174 points at 24,149 level. Punjab National Bank is the top Nifty gainer trading at Rs 141.45 per share up 2.50%.
Meanwhile, Nifty Realty is the top gaining index among sectoral indices. The index is soaring by 1.84% at 271.05 level.Contributing majorly to the index gains DLF was the top index gainer. The stock soared 3.96% at Rs 182.25 per share.On the contrary, Prestige Estates Projects is slipping in trade losing 0.17% at Rs 258.45 per share.The S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 31,453 up 162 points, while Nifty is trading at 9805 up 40 points. A total of 54 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 60 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE.
