The BSE Realty is the top losing index on Friday. It is down by 2.7% at 2,011. DLF is majorly contributing to the index losses and pulling it to lower level. DLF is trading lower by 4.5% at Rs 186.80 per share.Other stocks in the index viz. Oberoi Realty is down 4.5% at Rs 357 per share, Prestige Estates is down 5.3% at Rs 244 per share, Godrej Properties is down 3.1% at Rs 535.25 per share, HDIL is down 2.9% at Rs 84.70 per share and Sobha is also down by 2.1% at Rs 380 per share.
Meanwhile, Indiabulls Real Estate is the only realty stock that is trading in green. It is up 1.9% at Rs 195.60 per share.The S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 31,147 down 142 points, while NSE Nifty is trading at 9,573 down 56 points. A total of 16 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 39 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE.
