All eyes are on the IRB InvIT Fund listing on Thursday. It listed with 1.5% premium at Rs 102.5 per share on NSE. The fund IPO issue had oversubscribed by 8.57 times. The fund had raised around Rs 2100 Cr from 28 anchor investors. Analysts have been speculating that the fund would be good as the long-term investment.

The S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 30505 down 152 points, while NSE Nifty is trading at 9467 down 58 points. A total of 26 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 18 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE.The BSE Mid-cap Index is trading down 1.02% at 14923, whereas BSE Small-cap Index is trading down 0.89% at 15541.

Some buying activity is seen in Information Technology sector, while Oil & Gas, Energy, Finance, Telecom are showing weakness on BSE.Bank of Baroda, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Wipro and Sun Pharma are among the gainers, whereas Hindalco, Yes Bank, Bharti Infratel, Axis Bank and Ambuja Cement are losing sheen on NSE in the first trading hour.The INDIA VIX is up 2.44% at 10.89.
