The BSE Realty index is the top gaining index on Thursday’s morning session. It is up 1.5% at 1959.DLF is contributing to the index gains and pulling it to higher levels. It is up 1.7% at Rs 193.50 per share.

Other stocks in the index such as Sobha is up 3.6% at Rs 389 per share, HDIL is up 2.6% at Rs 86.20 per share, Prestige Estates is up 2.3% at Rs 235.70 per share, Godrej Properties is up 1.9% at Rs 495.60 per share and Oberoi Realty is up by 1.9% at Rs 381.50 per share.

Meanwhile, Hindustan Construction Company is at day’s high. It is up 3.7% at Rs 40.15 per share.The S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 30494 up 193 points, while NSE Nifty is trading at 9420 up 60 points. A total of 10 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 61 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE.
