BSE Consumer Durables is the top losing index on Monday’s early morning trade, with Titan contributing heavily to the index losses.Titan Company is down by 2.4%, Symphony is down by 0.7%, PC Jeweller is down by 0.5%, Nilkamal is down by 0.2%, TTK Prestige is down by 0.1% in the sectoral index.Meanwhile, Wirlpool is up by 1.5%, Crompton is up by 0.7% and Blue Star is up by 0.2%.

The S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 30299 up 110 points, while NSE Nifty is trading at 9435 up 34 points. A total of 57 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 17 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE.The BSE Mid cap Index is trading up 0.6% at 14955, while BSE Small cap Index is trading up 0.6% at 15622.

Some buying activity is seen in Realty, Metal, Oil & Gas, Auto and Bankex while Consumer Durable and Information Technology are showing weakness on BSE.Kotak Mahindra Bank, Grasim, Ultra Tech, Hindalco, and Dr Reddy’s are among the gainers, whereas Reliance, Aurobindo Pharma, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cipla and Bharti Infratel are losing on the NSE.The INDIA VIX is down 0.8% at 10.
