Benchmark indices are holding their gains and trading firm whereas broader market indices are trading close to their intra-day high on Monday.BSE Realty is one of the top gaining index during post-lunch hours. Indiabulls Real Estate is majorly contributing to the index gains and pushing it to higher level. Indiabulls Real Estate is up 3.04% at Rs 220.00 per share.

Other stocks from the index viz. Unitech is up 4.2% at Rs 8.82 per share, Phoenix Mills is up 1.8% at Rs 523 per share, Sobha Realty is up 0.9% at Rs 401.00 per share and Prestige Estate Projects is up 0.4% at Rs 250.25 per share.On the contrary Godrej Properties is down 0.5% at Rs 522.30 per share. The S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 32,246 up 217 points, while Nifty is trading at 9970 up 55 points .A total of 80 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 21 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE.
