Benchmark indices are trading steady post lunch hours.BSE Realty is one of the top gaining index during post-lunch hours. Indiabulls Real Estate is majorly contributing to the index gains and pushing it to higher level. Indiabulls Real Estate is up 2.5% at Rs 206.30 per share.

Other stocks from the index viz. Sobha Ltd is up 2% at Rs 409.90 per share, HDIL is up 1.6% at Rs 86.25 per share, Oberoi Realty is up 1.8% at Rs 381.95 per share, Prerstige Estates Projects is up 1.4% at Rs 254.00 per share and Phoenix Mills is up 1.4% at Rs 527.55 per share.On the contrary Omaxe is down 1.2% at Rs 200.90 per share.The S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 31,859 up 148 points, while Nifty is up 0.37% at 9863 .A total of 40 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 16 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE.
