The BSE Sensex opened higher by 62 points at 32099, while the Nifty50 opened higher by 21.6 points at 9913.3 mark.Infosys was top Sensex gainer trading at Rs 1003.1 per share, up by 2.75% whereas TCS was top Sensex loser trading at Rs 2388.4 per share, down by 2.28%. There were 637 advances, 314 declines and 40 unchanged stocks on BSE reflecting mixed sentiments floating in the market.
TCS and Infosys are in focus as they reported their Q1FY18 results. TCS was trading at Rs 2388.4 per share, down by 2.28% while Infosys was trading at Rs 1003.1 per share, down by 2.75%. Nifty IT index was trading at Rs per share, up by %.
