HDFC and ITC are dragging the major market indices from the morning hours. Both the stocks are trading marginally lower.The BSE Realty is one of the top gaining indices on Friday. It is up by 1.15% at 2149. Unitech is majorly contributing to the index gains and pulling it to higher level.Unitech is trading higher by 19.94% at Rs 7.82 per share. 

Other stocks in the index viz. Prestige Estates Projects is up by 2.3% at Rs 273.45 per share, Oberoi Realty is up by 2.0% at Rs 372.05 per share, Sobha is trading up 0.6% at Rs 398.50 per share and DLF is also up 0.55% at Rs 202.25 per share.The S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 31,318 down 50 points, while Nifty is trading at 9658 down 15 points. A total of 51 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 16 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE.
