Markets are extending losses slipping further below indicating weak sentiments. There are 15 advances and 36 declines on Nifty 50 index showcasing strong bearish undertone flowing in the market. Broader market indices also turned to trade in negative territory following cues of Nifty and Sensex.

Nifty Realty is the top index loser among sectoral indices on NSE slipping in trade by 0.97% at 284.85 level. Contributing majorly to index losses, Prestige Estates Projects slipped in trade by 2.73% at Rs 263.35 per share.The S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 31,786 down 106 points, while Nifty is trading at 9,944 down 29 points. A total of 63 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 26 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE.
