Markets are maintaining positive momentum as it approached to the mid hours of Friday’s intraday trade.Benchmark indices continue to trade in bullish mood wherein BSE Sensex gained 0.53% at NSE Nifty gained 0.61% respectively. Broader market indices continue to trade in strong bullish mood gaining over 1%.
GAIL continues to be the top index gainer, up 7.05% at Rs 424.20 per share followed by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation up 3.54% at Rs 430.85 per share. The S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 31,462 up 180 points and Nifty is trading at 9829 up 60 points. A total of 19 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 21 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE.
