Nifty has slipped from its recent high level taking cues from escalating geopolitical tensions but is holding the important mark of 10,050. Immediate support may be placed around 10,025 while 10,125 will act as resistance on the upside.Nifty Pharma index is top loser among the sectoral indices on NSE. The index is trading at 9,267 level, down by 1.21%. Cadila Healthcare is top loser in the index, trading at Rs 470.8 per share, down by 2.02%.
The S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 32,184 down 57 points, while NSE Nifty is trading at 10,059 down 26 points. A total of 31 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 13 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE. ONGC, Bharti Infratel, Infosys, Coal India and Bharti Airtel are among the gainers, whereas Power Grid, Sun Pharma, Vedanta, Tata Power and Cipla are losing sheen on NSE.
