Broader market indices are also following the trend trading higher by nearly 1%.Nifty Bank is trading near to the 25,000 mark, currently trading at 24,960 level up 128 points. The index has 9 advances and 3 declines indicating a positive undertone floating in the market.Meanwhile, among sectoral indices on Nifty Pharma is the top index gainer trading higher by 190 points or 2.08% at 9331 level.
Divi's Laboratories is the top index gainer in the index trading higher by 3.95% at Rs 861 per share followed by Sun Pharma Industries up 2.92% at Rs 518.05 per share.On the contrary, GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals is the only stock in the index trading in negative territory down by 0.76% at Rs 2398.95 per share.The S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 32,290 up 105 points, while Nifty is trading at 10,110 up 31 points. A total of 37 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 6 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE. Axis Bank, Sun Pharma and Tata Motors DVR are among the gainers whereas Wipro, Eicher Motors and ZEE Entertainment Enterprises are losing on the NSE.
