Nifty FMCG index and Nifty Metal index are trading in negative territory. There are 912 advances, 637 declines and 409 unchanged stocks on NSE reflecting fairly positive sentiments floating in the market.
The S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 32,233 up 74 points, while NSE Nifty is trading at 10,108 up 15 points. A total of 77 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 8 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE. Tata Power, Reliance, Dr Reddy’s, Sun Pharma and Bank of Baroda are among the gainers, whereas BPCL, Indiabulls Housing Finance, ITC, LT and Hindalco are losing sheen on NSE.
