Nifty has been hovering around the important mark of 9,800. Nifty IT is the only index trading in green among the sectoral indices on NSE. The index is trading higher by 0.27% at 10,576 level. Tech Mahindra is top gainer in the index trading at Rs 455.55 per share, up by 1.83%.
The S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 31,384 down by 215 points, while Nifty is trading at 9,800 down by 71 points. A total of 18 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 23 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE. There are 495 advances, 1,111 declines and 355 unchanged stocks showing mixed sentiments in the market.
