Benchmark indices are off their day’s high showing mixed sentiments gripping the market. Nifty traded near the flat line, gaining 4 points and BSE Sensex gained 0.11%.Broader market indices also pared gains and maintained its trade in positive territory.Nifty Bank gained 91 points at 24,923 slipping marginally from trading near its 25,000 mark. HDFC Bank is acting as the major dragger in the index slipping in trade by 0.03% at Rs 1841.35 level.
BSE Power index is one of the top gaining index on BSE trading higher by 25 points at 2,316 level majorly contributed by BHEL. BHEL is trading higher by 7.13% at Rs 142 per share followed by Siemens up 2.35% at Rs 1368.55 per share. The S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 32,233 up 47 points, while Nifty is trading at 10,088 up 8 points. A total of 40 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 8 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE.
